Travelled from Wales to London to buy my Factory Tuono as the result of hearing such good things about these guys and wasn't disappointed. Frindly people and full of knowledge advice. They delivered the bike today and it's spot on, suspension setup/adjusted, akras fitted, 15tooth, map2 etc etc. Will be dealing with these guys again despite the 300 mile round trip. Cheers Guys.

Ah I remember way back in May 2001 when a MADSCOTSMAN got his new Mille, first time I saw it Andy was on it and took me back to the shop, these guys look after the customer as well as the bike. Been a while guys next time in in the big smoke I'll get the beers in?????

Just bought 03 Mille which developed a running fault (Vacuum Hose). They took it in at short notice,I found the easy going attitude of all the staff most welcoming after some of the dealers i've been to.They rang me within half a day, all sorted, de - restricted they even asked me if I wanted the suspension set up! It is completely transformed and the cost din't break the bank, I am impressed enough to bring the bike to them for servicing even though I now live in York. Many thanks

When some scooter boy broke my wing mirror in a parking bay they took a mirror off one of their showroom bikes instead of making me wait for the Italians to finish their Summer holidays. Thanks guys
